The title of this artwork, Four and Twenty Windows, comes from a line in Dylan's song 'The Ballad of Frankie Lee and Judas Priest':
"He just stood there staring
At that big house as bright as any sun
With four and twenty windows
And a woman's face in every one."
While 24 windows doesn't give me a enough space to house all the Dylan portraits I done over the past three or four years I thought his various 'looks' he had adopted over more than half a century would work well in a composite collection.
I originally put this together to satisfy my own creativity but the response has been so encouraging that I have bowed to requests to produce a signed limited edition that I am making available for £50 plus £5 p and p.
It is on top quality art paper and is printed in permanent lightfast inks using the 'Giclée process' and is limited to 295 copies worldwide.
